For diagnostics in the point-of-care sector, the rapid technological development and the price erosion, make it necessary to develop highly sensitive diagnostic tests to ensure the companies' success on the market. The goal of the network partners is therefore to develop corresponding sensitive and at the same time cost-effective devices for the medical device sector, based on techniques of spectroscopic analysis.
