The role of the AMO GmbH is a research-based company to close the gap between basic research and industrial application. The focus is on the identification of nanofabrication potentials for the various applications in the fields of information technology, biotechnology and photonics. The particular strengths lie in lithography, structural transfers (electron beam lithography / nanoimprint UV / RIE etching) and in a highly qualified research team with experience in the field of process technology and application. In addition to R & D infrastructure provides AMO services in consulting, prototyping and fabrication of nanostructures.
