Sensitivity, in-line capacity and pricing are crucial for the commercial success of the wide field of gas analysis. Gas analysis is used in a wide range of applications and plays an important role in industrial processes (quality control of industrial gases) as well as in biogas feed-in and the detection of gaseous hazardous substances such as methane or war gases.
Crucial for the commercial success of these devices are sensitivity, in-line capability and price. These three points are to be addressed and improved in the context of R & D projects from the network.
